Neuroendocrine Tumor


Case History:

41 year old male with progressive dysphagia and weight loss


Findings:


Post contrast triple-phase VIBE in arterial phase axial (A) coronal(B) sagittal (C) reveals an enhancing subcentimeter focal enhancing nodule showing arterial phase enhancement and increased expression of the somatostatin receptors and increased tracer uptake in PET MR fused (D) is seen in the terminal ileal loop just proximal to the ileocecal junction suggesting a Neuro Endocrine Tumor.

Ileum distended with plain water provides excellent intraluminal contrast.
