30 year male with left testicular swelling.
There is a metabolically active enhancing mass involving the left testes seen on coronal T2W(A) post-contrast VIBE coronal (B) and PET /MR fused ( C) images. Note: The right testis is small in size and high scrotal in position with rudimentary scrotal sac (black arrow in A and B). FDG avid left para-aortic nodes are seen in PET /MR fused axial image ( D ),(E) MIP PET image: metastatic suggesting METASTATIC GERM CELL TUMOR OF LEFT TESTIS.
70 year old male with malignant ulcer of Glans Penis, for staging workup.
T2W images axial (A) sagittal(B) and PET/MRI fused images ( C) showing an FDG avid ulcerated lesion at the penile tip involving the corpora spongiosa due to the exquisite anatomical details on MRI and an FDG avid left inguinal nodal mass in PET MR fused (D) suggesting Ca PENIS WITH NODAL METASTASIS.
