Ca Prostate With Bone Metastasis


Case History:

56-year-old male with bone pains. Serum PSA levels of 740 ng/ml: TRUS Biopsy HPE: Adeno Carcinoma Prostate Gleason’s 4+4=8


Findings:

Axial T2W (A) and PET/MRI fused (B) images showing PSMA avid diffuse T2 hypointensity involving the prostate gland with loss of zonal differentiation and right neurovascular bundle involvement (arrow). Coronal T2W (C) image showing involvement of bilateral seminal vesicles (red arrow).

Sagittal sections of the spine showing diffuse T1 hypointensity (D) and diffused altered intensity on STIR(E). PET/MRI fused images (F, G, H, I, J) show diffuse PSMA uptake in the entire axial skeleton s/o marrow infiltration.
