Case 1:

Treated Ca Breast With Chest Wall Recurrence

Case History:

32 year old female c/o Ca left breast, post MRM with Breast reconstruction, on follow up

Findings:

Axial MRI (A, B) and PET/MRI fused (C, D) images in an operated case of left breast carcinoma. Post left MRM and silicon implant reconstruction showing skin and chest wall recurrence white arrows).

Case 2:

Treated Ca Breast with Recurrence and Brachial Plexus Involvement

Case History:

59 year old female underwent MRM for Carcinoma right Breast with adjuvant Chemotherapy. Developed swelling right arm after 6 months.

Findings:

FDG avid enhancing thickening along with the roots, trunks and divisions of the C5, C6, C7 right exiting nerve roots(A, B, C, D).

Case 3:

Response Assessment after NACT in Ca Breast

Case History:

38 year old female with Carcinoma right Breast.

Findings:

Pre chemo therapy Axial Contrast T1 (A), PET/MRI (B) and Ktrans color parametric map (C) showing large enhancing tumor (longest diameter 3.9 cm) with increased PET Uptake ( SUV Max 11.07) and Ktrans (2.20) and corresponding post-chemotherapy images (D), (E) and (F) showing near-complete regression of size barely visible in contrast T1 image and no measurable metabolic activity and Ktrans suggesting complete response.

Case 4:

Response Assessment after NACT in Ca Breast

Case History:

37 year old female with Carcinoma right Breast

Findings:

Pre chemo therapy Axial Contrast T1 (A) , PET/MRI (B) and Ktrans color parametric map (C) showing large enhancing tumor ( longest diameter 6.2 cm) with increased PET Uptake ( SUV Max 22.5) and Ktrans (3.18) and corresponding post-chemotherapy images (D), (E) and (F)showing marked regression in size ( longest diameter 1.5 cm), metabolic activity ( SUV Max 7.07) and Ktrans (1.02) indicating partial response.
