65 year old male, follow up case of Hepatocellular Carcinoma, post-liver resection three years ago. Follow up PET MR was done
Axial PET MR fused (A) Axial post-contrast VIBE in arterial (B) port venous ( C) and delayed(D) phases reveal two FDG non-avid lesions in segments IVA and VII of the liver with subtle arterial phase enhancement(arrows), and delayed washout (white arrows in D).
Axial DWI (A, B, C) of the liver shows additional possibly metastatic lesions not appreciable on post-contrast images (Red Arrows).
