Peliosis Hepatis


Case History:

70 year old female operated for Leiomyosarcoma Uterus 3 years back. On adjuvant Chemotherapy, now suspected liver lesions.


Findings:

 

Axial T2W(A) DWI(B) ADC(C) and PET/MR fused (D) sections show two subtle hyperintense lesions in segments VI and IVB of the liver with diffusion restriction and no significant FDG uptake(D). Post-contrast axial VIBE in arterial(G), Porto-venous (H) and delayed phases (I) showing progressive centrifugal enhancement s/o Peliosis Hepatis.
