Gall Bladder Carcinoma With Nodal Metastasis


Case History:

66Y/Female with Obstructive Jaundice


Findings:

Post-contrast axial T1W (A) and PET/MRI fused (B) images showing metabolically active enhancing soft tissue mass involving the fundus and body of the gall bladder (arrow). Corresponding coronal MRCP MIP image (C) showing marked dilatation of the Hepatobiliary System. Axial PET/MRI fused image at the level of distal CBD (D)shows a discrete metabolically active periportal node encasing the distal CBD.
