69Y/M with Ca larynx. Staging evaluation.
Axial PET CT fused (A, C), contrast CT (B, D), PET / MR fused (F, H), and STIR MR(E) and T2(G) at same level reveal FDG uptake in the operated bed and the left buccal mucosa and tonsil. No suspicious morphological abnormality is seen on corresponding MR images which are not apparent on the corresponding contrast CT.
