Case History:

69Y/M with Ca left buccal mucosa, post WLE with flap and MND. Suspected recurrence.

Findings:

Axial images (A, D) show heterogeneously enhancing necrotic lesion is seen along the superior margin of the flap with FDG uptake in fused PET/MR images (C, F) medially (red arrows) with perineural intracranial extension up to the left Meckel’s cave region (block arrows)(B, C).
